In a K2 module content, how can I choose to start the listing of items from the 4th?

Example:
I'm building a web page that displays, via a K2 content module, the top three k2 articles from 3 categories with a specific design (newest first).
In the sidebar, I want to add another K2 content module (other design) with the following 5 items from the same 3 categories (always newest first), but here I want to start with the 4th, because the first 3 are already shown.

How to do? It seems it isn't possible with current module? Could you add that feature?
