I have been having an issue with one of my clients. The thumbnails for this SIGPro don't display until I change how PHP is running. I switch it to fastCGI Application then back to Apache Module. After a day or so the thumbnails stop displaying again. I do the same method to fix it again.
There are no errors in the error_log file. Here is the source code that is generated when the thumbnails are not displaying:
