getting 500 error on gallery pages

getting 500 error on gallery pages was created by karen davis

using joomla 3.9.26 // SIG pro 3.8.0 // php 7.3.19

when I add a gallery to a page the page gives an error

This page isn’t workingWEBSITE is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500

If I remove the tag and put plain text eg 'test' the page loads fine. all other pages on the site load fine.

any suggestions as to how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated.
