This is because in the paths of your images there is a double /
For example: href="/images/stories//share/winehouse.jpg">
Check your path in plugin settings please.

I changed this....but it did not seem to change anything. Thanks in advance for your help

Special characters INCLUDING SPACES in filenames will cause thumbnails to not show.
