I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction for this error.

Plug in is enabled
Reinstalled also

Checked permissions on cache and cache\simple image gallery directory to 777

Files uploaded to images\golf
Created article with {gallery}golf{/gallery} and it shows that text with the notice when trying to load page.
Getting the Notice: JW_SIG_PRG error.
I was initially getting a fatal error on memory size so I contacted my hosting company and they increased the memory.

I figured it out.. Even though it showed the picture filenames through FTP, the pictures were not there, just the file..

Reuploaded some pictures and it's working.
