I have a "Get A Quote" pop up tab that is canceling the POP out photo box and making itself disappear in the process. I'm going bald from scratching my head...
Can anyone please be so kind as to help me a little?

Hi. Your site is loading jQuery twice. This is probably causing the issue. You need to configure your site so it loads jQuery only once. Simple Image gallery has a setting for that. If you disable jQuery loading from there just ensure that it will be available when the plugin needs it.
