This is a possible conflict with the other gallery extension you are using. Both of them are using different versions of Fancybox which creates the conflict.

And how can fix this conflict? I dont think to have any other gallery extension.

Your site is using a custom version of FancyBox: cafeteries.com.gr/modules/mod_jflickr/js/jquery.fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js . Try to disable that module.
