The thumbnails all display correctly but when they are clicked and the image opens in lightbox, the top half of all the images are black or there's a large black square that appears in the top half of the image. Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

Hi,

The plugin you are using there for the gallery is not Simple Image Gallery. I suggest to ask it's developers for help.
