Hi,
I was thinking of making this post for a long time. I encountered at least 30 times in the last couple of years I need a gallery and SMG PRO was the best option except its not suitable for large galleries. Its so much space consuming. There is no options to work like slider only nor an option to show the thumbnails in a filmstrip with arrows left/right like carousal. I simply don't understand how this great addon don't have this option.

I hope you add this option in near future, until then I'll be using 3rd class addons that will drain our money and be good only for one thing :(

This is a nice feature request.
There is something similar ready although not a carousel.
Can you open a ticket on the helpdesk so we can discuss it further?

It will be basically Galleria look but without the need of that much height needed.
