Hello
We have problem with our gallery
The error.log looks like that
[Mon Oct 29 12:42:19.170332 2018] [fcgid:warn] [pid 15534] [client 2.107.67.142:30812] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /var/www/clients/client11/webxxx/web/plugins/content/jw_sigpro/jw_sigpro/includes/helper.php on line 219

It result in an error 500.

This usually indicates a server error, not a code error. One or more of your images (in the pages that show up with that error) contain very large images that take time to process and server limits are reached.

If you have an active subscription, I highly recommend you post a ticket in our helpdesk system and we can troubleshoot the issue further.
