Hello Everyone,

I hope I am not posting a question that has already been asked but I have not seen a solution to this exact issue.

I am running SIG free 1.2.1 with K2 2.1 on Joomla 1.5.13.

I dealt with all the issues relating to the media/k2 path & jw_sig and now have the gallery working in Category listings (category_item.php) and in the Text section of Item listing (item.php).

My problem is that the gallery will not load under the Image Gallery anchor of Item listing. Instead the page displays the gallery tags: {gallery}5{/gallery}.

These are the same tags used in the text section of the page.

Any advise or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The Free version of SIG isn't compatible with K2. Not yet at least. Only the commercial version is compatible at the moment.

I purchased the pro component & installed it without any problems.

Ref: SIG Pro V2

The issue still remains however, exactly as described before.

I see that to the list view you get this message "Image folder specified does not exist!" and inside the item you get what you said (the tags only). Have you checked that the path inside the plugin is correct and that your images are indeed to the right place?

Unfortunately I had made a change to the config when you visited the site.
I have restored the settings & issue is now as described in the original post.

I just visited both the category and item pages you have posted and I saw the galleries just fine.

If you go to item mode:

Select the Image Gallery anchor link from the top of the page.

You will see that the gallery tags load but not the gallery i.e. {gallery}5{/gallery}

Have you tried having only one gallery at the time and not both (K2 gallery and SIG pro)?

I am not sure what you mean by only one gallery.

I do not have a K2 gallery (that I am aware of).

The images on the page consist of a K2 item image & the sigpro gallery which is embedded in the item body and referenced below as tags only.

Ideally I would like to have the gallery display below the Image Gallery anchor only.

I have removed the gallery from the body now.

I noticed that when you go to the tab Image Gallery inside a K2 item the plugin is not recognized. Could you uninstall and reinstall the plugin and let me know?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but no change.

This issue is new as I had the ability to add galleries before I made the last set of changes.

Any thoughts?

Where have you put the tags? Have you hacked the template files of K2?
I don't see them inside the item where it should be.

The only change I made was to the checkSIG function of administrator/components/com_k2/models/item.php where I updated jw_sig.php to read jw_sigpro.php

This was to clear the K2 item the plugin not recognized error.

I have set it back now.

Update: I have reinstalled K2 & Sig Pro in that order but no difference.

Hi Yiota,

I finally managed to get this working.

To resolve the issue I did the following:

1) Uninstalled SIG Pro
2) Uninstalled All Videos
3) Uninstalled K2
4) Manually deleted any legacy artifacts via FTP
5) Reinstalled K2
6) Reinstalled SIG Pro

The plugin worked out of the box.

I wonder if there is an issue between SIG & All Videos  ???
