not working on my site was created by sofia

Hello,
I install it on one of mys site and it was working without problem.
Know I try on my other site and nothing appears.

I got only the title of the module but nothing under. Thats strange because I use the same parameters than on my other site. So I'm sure its the good param.
Please can you help on this?

If I check the source I got nothing appears

Nothing is loaded..I really dont understand why... Can it be a conflict with anther js file?
