No, unfortunately this is not possible. Let me know when the video is published. Here some things you might need to check before:
1. Ensure that the videos folder path is set correctly in the plugin settings.
2. Ensure that the files you are trying to use are supported by the player. Here are the supported media formats: support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference .

so here we are:
tanne.dnshome.de/joomla/index.php/videos
All Videos Configuration:
local video folder:
images/videos
Path:
\joomla\images\videos
contains:
test.mp4
b.3gp
..
..
test webpage:
mp4 File Format!
{mp4}test{/mp4}
3gp:
{3gp}b{/3gp}
not sure if 3gp is supported, but mp4 is more important for me.

It seems that your video is corrupted. It cannot played even if i try to access it directly on the browser:
tanne.dnshome.de/joomla/images/videos/test.mp4
I am getting "Video cannot be played because the file is corrupt" .
I suggest to try with a different video file.

All the supported video format can be found at the documentation page at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos .
However we strongly recommend to use the MP4 format in order to ensure maximum device/browser compatibility.
I am not aware of any good converter but if you try to search for it in a search engine i think you will find many.

This has nothing to do with the video format. It has to do with the converter settings. I suggest to take some time to read the documentation of the software you are using for converting. Or try a different one that is easier for you.
