I dont see the download link for {mp3remote} tag

I dont see the download link for {mp3remote} tag was created by zinobios
When i embed a mp3 file from my server i use the {mp3remote} tag because my mp3 files are out of the /images folder.
But then i dont see the dowload link !!!
