K2 items not showing up in breadcrumbs

I have created a website with several categories with each having their own subcategories, I use K2 Items to show products. But unfortunately the items/products do not show up in the breadcrumbs.
I know there is a module (sh404SEF) for maybe solving this issue, but I do not want to be dependant on too many modules plus it still incorporates many issues.
Does someone know how to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance!

As you can see here -> demo.getk2.org/categories/story/224/morbi-adipiscing-sapien-non-tellus the item is included in the breadcrumbs. I suggest you use the K2 Tools module (this is what we use there, It provides breadcrumb functionality) if you want to add the item title as well.

thanks for your reply. It works, only thing is when you go to this page: mybeautyreview.com/mybeautyreview.com/index.php/component/k2/item/24-art-deco-blusher
And you press on Blusher in the breadscrumbs, which is the page before, is shows the K2 categories and not the page which I am currently using for displaying K2 items, which is: mybeautyreview.com/mybeautyreview.com/index.php/make-up/blusher
Also on that last link you can see that blusher is being showed twice in the breadscrumbs. Not all pages are working yet on my website, but also on this page the pagetitle is twice given in the breadscrumbs: mybeautyreview.com/mybeautyreview.com/index.php/make-up
Why is this? Have check the page display options but there is nothing in it.
Thanks in advance

The K2 Tools module follows your category structure while the standard Joomla! breadcrumbs follow your menu structure. Depending on your needs you need to choose the appropriate module.
This also explains the double titles, if you are using same names as your categories for other menu items this might result in duplicate titles.

needs to have the K2 breadscrumbs module otherwise the K2 items will not be shown in the breadcrumbs. So now still it shows blusher twice in the breadcrumbs.
Did you finish you reply by the way? :P

Sorry about that, happens sometimes..
Try to include the last item/path in Joomla!'s breadcrumb modules.

This is considered a best practise and it is a must in my opinion.

Krikor wrote: Yes, it will map the category (K2) structure of your site.
Hi Krikor, yes it maps, but the url and the pathway are incomplete:
archiviosonoro.org/archivio-sonoro/archivio-sonoro-marche/content/22-raccolta-prima.html
the url doesn't show the subcategory, the pathway is almost empty, they are K2 tools module both.
How t remove "content" from the url?
Regards

On the other hand only K2's structure (menu items will not be included) is mapped in this module.
The URL is not controlled by this module in any way. The URL is controlled from your menu structure.
