insert image (browse server) window empty ...?! was created by piet

Hello,

sorry but we have a new problem.
I really dont know why it is happening but, in the K2 item box, when we click on the image tab > browse server, the windows is empty...! So strange.
See my screenshot for more understanding.

We tried on different browsers, with JCE, with TinyMCE, but we always have this big problem.

What can we do to fix it ??

Can you check with your browser's developer tools, if the markup is there?
Also check the network tab, to see if any requests are being blocked.

Furthermore, try also deactivating error reporting.

Does the iframe (/administrator/index.php?option=com_k2&view=media&type=image&tmpl=component&fieldID=existingImageValue) hold any code, is it hidden?

Ok, we stop K2 and Joomla for good now.

This problem is not fixed after more than 1 month.
Free support is ok but it is so slow. And no paid support possible.

After more than 6 years in the Joomla community, we'll migrate very soon all our website to WordPress. More stable to create just a simple article with a image, multi category, etc etc....

Bye Joomla, K2 and other Joomla Fan.

There isn't a really support for K2.

We migrate all our website, to WordPress with these tools:

www.fredericgilles.net/fr/fg-joomla-to-wordpress/

And it is great.

Same error for me , I got this error at first

template.js?fc1b84c…:15 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tooltip is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (template.js?fc1b84c…:15)
at l (jquery.min.js:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.min.js:2)
at HTMLDocument.A (jquery.min.js:2)

In my case this file :
URL/administrator/templates/isis/js/template.js
was the problem

Maybe isn't the best solution but rename the file worked for me.
