K2 Item Multilingual Associations was created by Alexander Ioannidis
Hi, quick question:

In a multilingual installation, can K2 Items be associated to other Items of different language in the same way Joomla core articles can be associated?

I really can't find any such option in K2 items or elsewhere.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello Alex,

For this functionality you will need a 3rd party extension.
You can look at the JED for such an extension.

Hi

Would you please let me know which component is good for this? I couldn't find any.
JA multilingual doesn't do that.

Falang is used by a lot of our users, so I would also go for Falang.

Hi,
I've set a multilingual site (English & Greek) and I face a problem.
I've used Falang for translations. All k2 items and categories are assigned to both languages.
When a menu points at a K2 category, in category view K2 items titles show original language (English) an not the translated one (Greek). When we select a K2 item, everything is ok.
How this can be solved?

Thanks

Are you actually translating content in Falang as well? Which version of K2, Joomla and Falang are you using?
