Do a hard refresh in the edit page after you switch to JCE. Since JCE shares a common JS base with TinyMCE, you may be seeing cached JS code.

No way: I have cleaned Joomla cache and browser cache, but still the same issue

Then perhaps it was Joomla-version specific at the time.
