As suspected. The feeds don't properly trim the URL/link and this was causing issues.

I have just pushed v3.6.1 on GitHub. Grab it from: github.com/joomlaworks/simple-rss-feed-reader/archive/master.zip

It should resolve your issue. Let me know.
