I have uploaded a wmv file and used the appropriate tags, however, on the webpage am getting "install Microsoft Silver".  Can anyone please help? Thanks

Have installed newest version of Allvideos, enabled and used apropriate tags.  Also tried with different file format.  No positive results.  There's one step which may be I'ved wrobgly done, it's the MVC templating....  Can anyone help please??
