Audio Sample Rate of 22 kHz will not play was created by billcw
I have many wmv files that were created with Audio Sample Rate of 22 kHz, but they will not play using AllVideos. Other wmv files created with 44.1 kHz play just fine. Is there a fix for the AllVideos plugin that will play the 22 kHz wmv files?
