is this possible to hide (or change) the name of a file dispayed by AllVideos? Now it's visible if you take a look into the page source code. I would like to hide it or change so it does not reveal the real filename of the content.

Or maybe there is a way that AllVideo can play a file from a folder secured with .htaccess????

All attempts to block downloading access using .htaccess blocks the plugin to play files... :(
I've tried to deny all IP except the server, where my installation is located. I've tried to set up a password with .htpasswd and .htaccess files. I've tried to use a folder which is not located in public_html. All the time the same result: the plugin do not play my files.

That"s need hard code to do it.
