[Solved] AllVideos not working in Explorer 9? was created by Miriam Hürzeler
Hi! First I would like to say how wonderful AllVideos is, I got it running in 5 minutes!
The problem is that I'm using AllVideos to display a mp4 Movie placed locally, a kind of company image video. My client wants it to be also mobile friendly and that's why I chose AllVideos. It works great everywhere, except that I got a message from my client that it's not running on his browser, which is IE9 on Windows Vista or 7. The screen shot showed that the player loaded, but instead of the video an error message appears (something like: imagevideo.mp4undefinedeundefinedundefinedundefined). Could that be a local issue? My client assures they can watch all kinds of other videos without problems.

I'd hate to have to look for another solution just because of that. Thanks for any help !!!!!

Hello support!

Is there any? :) 3 topics about IE problem and no solution yet...

I have also problem with allvideos plugin on IE 9. Only black screen. All other browsers no problem.

Could you please have a look to code and check where should be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

If I change the file extension from m4v to mp4, the video now works in IE9.
