AllVideo includes ComScore Tracking and Google Tracking was created by Rusty Nail

Why is AllVideo tracking site use?

Is the permission to track website traffic buried in the download agreement?
Do people know that you are collecting site traffic with this "Free" component?

I can't quite tell if the tracking code is coming from AllVideos player or Vimeo. This is the iframe inserted code.

I use AvReloaded on another site and it does not have the tracking for the same video on vimeo. AvReloaded uses a <Object> tag to load and not an iFrame.
