[Solved] My First Plugin was created by matt674885
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to answer my novice question!

Today, I installed the AllVideos plugin onto my site, www.campfireonthemountain.com

However, despite successful installation and activation in the plugins manager, I cannot find the video player, AllVideos that is, on my site--no matter where I look.

Where can I find the player, AllVideos, on my Website please? I would like to see how it works, etc!

Thank you--. :)

Best,
Matt Bohart

You will find it in your plugins and it is going to be disabled. Enable it and then check here:
www.joomlaworks.net/content/view/35/41/
how you should write your video tags according to the video format or your video provider you are going to use.

Thank you for your response.

I am sorry, but I did look that page over prior to posting my question. I've gone through all the help articles/info. I can find, and I still don't know where to locate the player, or activate it--that is, by using it to play a video.

Thank you!

Best,

I will give you an example how to display this video from youtube in your site:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=DV81bAghxBU  in your site.
Just enable the plugin and then go to an article content and write:

{youtube}DV81bAghxBU{/youtube}

save it and that is all

Then go to this article in the frontend of your site and you will see the video.

This is the main idea... The documentation will help you to understand how to write the tags according to the video format or provider.

Thank you, Katia. I really appreciate it. Obviously, I am a highly advanced Website developer (ha ha).

Got it working per your instructions.

Thanks again. :)
