Can't seem to get All Videos to work with IE 8 or 9

Can't seem to get All Videos to work with IE 8 or 9 was created by FreshIdeas
In both browsers, no video displays.  Pulling from Youtube.  Not sure what the problem is. 

It works fine in Chrome and Firefox...just not IE.

HELP!
