can you tell me what i have to do to stream videos from my server?hosting not supports flvtool2,but support video streamings

Now,can you tell me my hosting is not suppoorts  streaming,so if i upload videos on hosting where is supported video streaming , and than with {flvremote} put it on my web page where is no streaming will it stream videos or not?thank you
