I have been setting up Allvideo and wondered if there was a way to embed the video clip so that ir shows a picture of the first frame rather than the black screen.

You may just insert an image you want to be shown inside your video folder at your Media Manager.

I did exactly this, but still no image! Same folder, same name, only different ending - nothing happens.

I use an mp4 video, wihich by the way is only working in the remote version, in the local one, Allvideos can't find the folder.

Any ideas?
