I am having the following problem on some computers (not all of them).

>When I load a video it gives the error:

"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: www.pathtovideo/video.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined"

The error is pretty clear but when I use the direct Video URL it does play so the video is there and the network is not down. The strange things is I only have this at some computers and not all of them?

I hope you can help me out to fix this.

I do have the same problem after upgrade to Version 4.1 and it seems like many people do so as well.

Any idea, how to fix it would be most welcome.

thanks for the feedback.
Actually the Video is not very huge. It is just about 20M bit size and it used to work no problem with the previous version of the Plugin.

The Error message, which is shown is:

I am very much wondering about this undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedund...... which looks like a script error.

I have checked this issue with different browsers now and here is the result:

Chrome 16.0.9...
No Video, No Sound and Error message "The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support: www.mysite.de/images/stories/videos/FineStar2011-Ehrenpreis1.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefined...."

Firefox 8.0.6
No Video but Sound is working

Internet Explorer 9.0.1
No Video but Sound is working

Internet Explorer 9.0.8
No Video, No Sound and Error message "The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support: www.mysite.de/images/stories/videos/FineStar2011-Ehrenpreis1.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefined...."

I have checked this on two different PCs (Win XP and Win7) and the outcome is the same.

In my previous version of the Plugin, all MP4 videos was playing OK in an quicktime plugin.
Now this is a JWPlayer, which generates the Errors

When checking the JWPlayer page, there are also several people reporting such issue but no solution.

I hope for your feedback to find a solution soon.

Joomla 1.5, AllVideos plugin v.4.4

Make sure that the format is : MP4 (H.264 Video).

Did you get your solution? I have the same issue. My MP4 video is 25M and it is H264
