Hi, I can see the image icon above the txt area when posting on this forum. When i press it something like
appears. What should i put between this?

Use "Attachments and other options" to upload a picture between the "[ img][/img]"

Hi - trying again :)

Left click between those two---->    [ img]--here--[/img] - press Attachment and other options" and browse for the picture you want to upload.
I'm not sure of the maximum picture size..
