Hi i'm trying to remove the black background on the allvideos player, but none of the posts on this topic are working for me.
No one can say i'm lazy or have'nt searched the forum, because from the links below you can see i've tried. I've spent hours trying to find the solution.
I've followed Katia's instructions here:

to change the CSS file, but all this does is remove the grey border/background around the player, whilst the black background is still there. The first of the two images below, at bottom of this page, was how it looked before i followed Katia's instructions, and the second image is after. But i don't want that second black background either.

Also, just in case it's an issue with skins, i've followed these instructions on changing skins here:

but i just can't see the jw_allvideo.php file in the jw_allvideos folder that the person was referring to in the post.
Someone also directed me to this link:
community.getk2.org/forum/topics/all-videos-plugin, but the post was not applicable to me because i don't use K2. It seems it was an issue with K2.
