After installing AllVideo 4.4 for J2.5 'successfully', I tried to configure it in the extensions manager as I am supposed to, but when clicking on the plugin, I get the following error message:

The file allvideo.xml could not be found.

Although the plugin appears to be 'enabled', videos are not shown on the contents pages. The {youtube}....{/youtube} code is displayed instead. I also tried flv files stored on my site, using the {flv}....{/flv} code, with the same effect.
