okay, i just got this allvideos thing and i have some audios i want on my site. and i don't know the first step after uploading the plug in. how to i actually get my audios on my page? what are the steps? i have the documentation but it doesn't really explain of how to use it. just the steps.

and unlike a lot of people i will read this. i really need this answer.
