When embedding video from vimeo or youtube for example i get the following error on the homepage

It repeats for each file type .jpg, .phg, .gif

Since it is an open_basedir issue I tried moving the destination folder within the directory tree but found that it does not create the folders as it should nor does it create the files...

Is this an issue with an open_basedir restriction or a php issue tied to the creation of thumbnails?
