When AllVideos is playing a video located on youtube:  {youtube}HpV....{/youtube} the
video is streamed.

When referencing a local MP4 video: {mp4}video-1{/mp4}, AllVideos always downloads
the full video before playing it.

Is this normal, or is it possible to do streaming without uploading the video
to youtube, Vimeo etc.
