HELP please. Have been trying to fix this for ages.
Sorry, I know this subject keeps coming up and I have tried to find answers on the previous posts. Lots of questions but no solutions.
All Vid (plg_jw_allvideos-v4.4_j1.5-2.5(2).zip) installed and all OK except that the mp4 vid shows as a black box with circles going round in center. Have left for a while but still doesn't play. The file is 64mb.
