mov file just black bar shown was created by Rock Solid Ideas Limited t/a Affordable Website Company

please see this new page www.synequanon.com/newhome the video just shows as a small black bar and i am unable to work out why, please help

But there is no video there... Even if I give height in this element I can only see a black screen.
