I am a newbie in joomla and web developing (the previous web designer has resigned, and we have yet to get another replacement...)

This is the problem i faced.
• I wish to upload videos to my website (I had converted the file from mov to mp4 to save the loading time)
• I had installed the allvideos plugin v4.4 (my joomla is 1.7)
• Had followed all the instructions on setting, including media settings, folders....
• Try to apply via youtube ---> works well and no problem

However, when I wanted to upload the videos from my local server, it couldn't appear at all. Enclose attached my html for your perusal. Hope anyone of you can help me...
