I installed allvideo 4.4
I am embedding a MP4 that I am hosting
I get the following error both in IE and Chrome:
The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: <url to my video file name .mp4undefinedundefine

Make sure that the mp4 format is H.264 Video.

yes the video is in H264 format.

Is there anything else i should check?

I see that there are many posts giving the same error. Is there a bug in the software? I need to know so I am not chasing down a possible solution and i can wait until there is  a solution. Please let me know. I dont want to turn my back on AllVideo, but if i dont know the status then i have to assume there is an issue with the plugin and will no longer be supported. So please get back to me so i know how to proceed.

the plugin works in Firefox, but not in IE9 or Chrome.
