I am new at this and always have the same problem I can not find any instructions to set it up. I have activated the plug in and do not know what to do next. I can not find it showing up any where on the site ???

And still not working.. I even tried the mpgremote SYNTAX and nothing

No, not yet...as that is how they were furnished to me.

ADDED> will try MOV format from converter and advise.

Try renaming the file using _  and NO SPACES.  Did you try {mpeg}{/mpeg}

Otherwise try converting them into mp4 and use {mp4}{/mp4}
