Hopefully someone can help me out, and I figure the AllVideos section is the best place to post this question.

What is the standard size of files for videos online? I'm using either .flv or .wmv. Just for example, for a .wmv video that is:

- 5:33 in time
- 480x360
- 617kbps

I'm getting a 25MB file. Does this resemble any standard out there, if there is one? Am I using too high a resolution (kbps)? The file seems large to me, but it downloads at a comfortable rate on my system (DSL). I also setup a low-res, 240x180 version (9.5MB) on each page for slower connections.

Any feedback would be cool!
