AllVideos does not display YouTube videos on chrome was created by majel17
Please help me.
They do not work with youtube videos on my website in chrome.

AllVideos plugin displays Youtube videos just fine in all the browsers (including Chrome).
Please check out AllVideos in our Demo site in Chrome: demo.joomlaworks.net/

I too can also confirm it does work in Chrome.  I actually tested it using your video:

I added it without using the WYSIWYG interface

Maybe this is a conflct with your template.
Turn your template with a default joomla! template to see if the video works.
