I'm using allvideos 4.4 plugin in a joomla 2.5.9 and have a problem playing .m4v in safari for mac (latest version)... The plugin doesn't display the control bar... So if the settings is not in "auto play video", it's impossible to start the video...

It works great with chrome and firefox with m4v files and it work with .mov files in all brothers (including safari)... The problem seams to appear only with .m4v with safari...

Make sure that the format M4V is in  H.264 Video.

Yes it is... The problem is not the video but the control bar... If i set the video to autostart, i can see it but i haven't the control bar so if it's not set to autostart it's impossible to start it...

Did you try using another video format than M4V?
