Error when viewing video - The video could not be loaded, either because... was created by teduez12

I keep getting this error and don't know why.

The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: breakfreeconsulting.com/images/videos/5stepstoall-in.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefi

Can anyone help?

I've updated the mime types everywhere that I can find. I don't know what else it might be.

Hi, I´ve got the same problem here.

cms.pani.com/cms/index.php/en/references-en/videos

It works perfectly well on Mac and all Smartphones, but the videos don´t show on PC, no matter, which browser.

Are you sure?
I can see the video just fine in my pc with Firefox...

Yes, I can see the Videos on my APple as well and now on my PC as well ... ???

within the last days the videos were not playable on all PC, I tried it on ... weird ...

Hi-
I'm running into the same problem (see attached photo). The live site is www.friedeinhochformat.ch It seems to be only occuring in Internet Explorer (not sure which version). My clip is an .MP4.
Quick help would be much appreciated!
