I have noticed that Google Chrome is no longer playing back MP4 thru the plugin but this works in other browsers. I see this same issue on your demo site as well. The error message being returned is:
The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support:

as mentioned this can be viewed on your demo as well, so i assume this is not a local issue. Videos are uploaded, and plugin activated as the videos load in Firefox and other browsers.
