Trying to get this to work on production. Works on dev. Please see attachments. Same exact settings. How to fix?

Could you be more specific please?

The screenshot from my development site displays all the videos at full height and width all the way down the page, that is what I am trying to do. When I duplicated this page on my production site, I got the boxes in the second screen shot which only show a small portion of the videos. I have set up the plugin exactly the same way on both so I am trying to figure out why the production site is not displaying correctly.
