This looks like a Windows Media video exported in .avi as the file container. You should prefer more web friendly media types like FLV or better still MP4 (h.264 encoded). The latter are the best because they can be viewed on mobile/tablet devices as well.

BTW, you should enable reCaptcha in your comments for K2 (see the component params) to avoid spam ;)
