I opened a critical issue here and nobody response

Hi all,

I have used AllVideos plugin to add an RM video (1.9 mb) :
{rm}my_video_name{/rm}
But it displays only sound


Why does this happen? is it a bug in the plugin?
Is there a known cause of this prb?

I think it's a bug and the developers should fix it :)
