Your best bet is to look on the joomla forums, all videos installs just like any addon for joomla. So if you dont know how to install it i figure you dont know how to use joomla, and since the staff have done a bit of a runner from the fourms you wot get much feeback here.

For all the joomlaworks extensions, the manual or instruction are to be found on the mambotpage. (go to your site-backend, select mambots tab, click on the mambot of your choice, all the instructions are clearly marked there)
if, after that you still have questions, come back and ask whatever you want to know.
