A user of my website notified me that every time they navigated to the page with an AllVideos video, the video automatically downloaded to their machine. They are using Google Chrome. I cannot get the problem to duplicate. However, I am on a mac and she is on a PC.

What can I do to fix this or would this be a setting in her browser?

I haven't been able to recreate the problem on my machine (mac), but I did try to recreate the problem on a PC with no luck. I'm trying to figure out what browser the person that experienced the problem is using... Any ideas what it could be?  Here is a screenshot to show the files were downloaded:

This is probably something related to one specifc pc settings.
